In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 456 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution story, the motorcycle of the Informant bearing registration no. BR-52 A/6250 has been stolen by some unknown miscreants from Hazi Saheb Sabji Mandi.

The police has recovered one Hero Motorcycle bearing Reg. No. BR-52A-5097 from the Varandah of the present petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77133 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2019. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
