The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.312 of 2018 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, the fact that the marriage took place on 20.05.2004 and the plea advanced at the Bar that the complaint has been filed due to matrimonial discord and incompatibility, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76393 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj Rohtas in Complaint Case No.312 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
