2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 1456 of 2023 for the offences registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged in the written report that on 12.09.2023 motorcycle of the informant bearing Registration No. BR27 D4921 was stolen by unknown miscreant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged motorcycle was not stolen by the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Except the confessional statement there is no material against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.09.2023.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81353 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Nawada P.S.
