2. In this case, the petitioner is challenging his order of transfer from Patna to Nawada, raising plea that as per Annexure-2, the person must be posted or deputed in his own district. It has been submitted that the petitioner is the resident of Patna but with ulterior motive, the district has been mentioned as Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. In fact the petitioner is not the resident of district Hazaribagh, Jharkhand but the record of State Annexure-E shows that the petitioner is the resident of Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. It is further
Patna High Court CWJC No.13480 of 2018 dt.24-08-2018 2/2 submitted that the petitioner has already joined the service in his new place of posting.
3. If this be so that the petitioner is not the resident of Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, he will file a proper application for necessary correction of his address everywhere including his service book with necessary documents showing that he is not the resident of the State of Jharkhand.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
