Followings relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioners:
"1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to grant first Time Bound Promotion/Senior Selection Grade to the petitioners with effect from the date they became entitled after completion of 12 (twelve) years of service in the light of Bihar Elementary School Teachers Promotion
8/8 Rules, 1993 read with order dated 16.08.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015 with all consequential benefits for which the petitioners may found legally entitled to."
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the cases of the petitioners are squarely covered by the orders dated 31.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 and dated 16.08.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015.
The respondent no. 6 (The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda is directed to examine the cases of the petitioners in the light of the orders dated 31.03.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6139 of 2007 and dated 16.08.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015 and pass an appropriate order(s) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
