JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, in the nature of writ of Mandamus, for commanding the respondents to issue appropriate order/direction for grant of government service to the petitioner as per Rule 12(4) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities rules, 1995) and Section 15-A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989)." 2.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad for redressal of his aforesaid
Patna High Court CWJC No.19401 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today, he shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
