Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, he has been implicated. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 16.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9562 of 2018.
