The criminal case arises out of a matrimonial dispute, petitioner was allowed provisional bail by a Bench of this Court on 27.05.2020 with condition that he will visit house of opposite party No.2 and shall take her to his own house and thereafter shall submit compliance report.

The supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner shows that though the petitioner went to the house of opposite party No.2 but she refused to accompany the petitioner. Considering the future chances of settlement of dispute, let the provisional bail granted by the order aforesaid be hereby affirmed.
