2. The following prayer has been made by the petitioner in the writ application:- (i) For directing the respondent authorities to conduct proper investigation of the Gopalpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2024, bearing F.I.R. No.5127015240113, dated

WJC No.2454 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/3 27.07.2024, registered under Section 319(2), 316(1), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 61(1) of the B.N.S. 2023, after order by the learned Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS, 2023 upon complaint case bearing Complaint Case No.1342 has been filed by the petitioner.

(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to arrest the respondent no.7 to 9, who have threatened the petitioner to kill him if he will not drop the case bearing Gopalpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2024.

(iii) For directing the respondent no.5 to inquire about the Sale Deed No.10725 which has been executed after forgery by the respondent no.7 to 9.

(iv) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to be in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, for redressal of his grievance which has been raised in the instant writ application. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, will take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner and if he finds that the petitioner is being threatened, assaulted, etc, by the respondent nos.7 to 9, then he will act in accordance with law. The aforesaid action must be taken within 15 days of filing of such representation.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., West Champaran forthwith through FAX for its compliance.

6. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
