Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395, 397 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the first information report and the impugned order goes to show that the petitioner along with others were arrested and made confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case. The petitioner was made accused in Danapur P.S. Case no. 723/2017 and subsequently, remanded in the present case. Furthermore, I find that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor the concerned I.O has taken pain to arrange TI parade of the

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in Dhanarua P.S. Case no. 407/2017.
