2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 02/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/325/326/379/448/ 504//506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of injuring the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 29.08.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the occurrence took place because of a trivial dispute, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
