2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila (Bhabua) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 342, 323, 365, 366A, 376D, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of committing gang rape upon the minor victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the medical report does not support the allegation of rape and the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2024

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the serious allegation of gang rape, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
