ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 278/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these two petitioners are the mother and father of Neeraj Kumar who is said to have eloped with the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that now the girl has been recovered and the son of the petitioner has already been apprehended.
