Petitioner seeks bail in Tiyar P.S. Case No.22 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120-B Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhojpur at Ara. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was apprehended by the police. Two guns along with several forged arms licences as well as articles used for preparing forged arms licenses have been recovered from his possession. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report, which shows that 27 forged arms licenses have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has also criminal antecedents and four cases are pending against him.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected. Liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the case.
