The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019, registered under Sections 368, 369, 370 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of the Human Trafficking Act, pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. It has come, in course of investigation that stolen newly born baby recovered from the lap of the petitioner in her village. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2019. Further, submission is that the petitioner was travelling in a bus and the lay, who had newly born baby in her lap, handed over the baby to the petitioner and got down from the bus. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended in this case.
