The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Nawadah Town P. S. Case No. 252 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 379, 354 (B), 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant, causing injuries.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injuries are simple in nature and no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the present case is the counter blast of Nawada P.S.Case No. 253 of 2018 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41875 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawadah Town P.S.Case No. 252 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438 ( 2) Cr.P.C. with other that bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
