JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-07-2018 This writ petition has been filed for release of a vehicle (Bajaj Avenger 150 Street Motorcycle) bearing Registration No. BR31W/8624, which has been seized in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018, G.R. No. 2508/2018 due to violation of the provisions of the Excise Act.
