The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No.344 of 2019.
