ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-03-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already submitted his objections under Section 9 of Public Demand Recovery Act, the Certificate Officer shall pass necessary orders duly taking into account the objections filed by the petitioner under Section 10 of the Public Demand Recovery Act.

2. The authority is directed to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve

It is needless to observe that before passing any order, the party shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. Till such time the final orders are passed, no coercive steps to be taken against the petitioner.
