JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 500 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner and other accused persons were running Thrift Credit Self Supporting Cooperative Society and they have taken the deposits from different persons including informant, thereafter, they closed the office and fled away.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is only employee of the said credit society and has falsely been made accused in this case and the Regional Manager and other office bearers have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 500 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
