The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having intercepted the informant and on pistol point they are stated to have snatched a sum of Rs. 5,12,000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, no test identification parade has been held so as to establish the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime and the petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.08.2019. It

No.72231 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 is further submitted that the other four co-accused persons who have also been implicated in the present case subsequently, have already been granted bail by the learned court below itself. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019.
