The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 27 of 2018 arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 registered under sections 20(b), 17/11of the N.D.P.S. Act pending in the Court of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the first information report. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and he is also accused in several

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42816 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 cases.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
