In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner :

1. For issuance of writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions to command upon the respondents for joining of school of petitioner in Rajkiya Khajwati Madhya Vidalaya Both Gaya P.S. Bodh Gaya District Gaya to the petitioner or retirement pension may be started or retirement benefits may be given to the petitioner who was Assistant Teacher in Rajkiya Vidalaya Khajwati Anchal Bodh Gaya District Gaya and petitioner has come to join her school after medical treatment on 10.2.

2008 by Principal has demanded share but she refused because she was medically harass by Principal of the school and much time has been passed and Principal has not given to admit and for joining on her job and no consequential monetary benefit has not been given till now to petitioner be given after giving many representation and the petitioner with children starving so direction or order may be given to respondent to give all consequential monetary benefits and others salary and other benefits and pension may be started to the petitioner so that she may survive with her family member.

Patna High Court CWJC No.24078 of 2019(4) dt.04-02-2021 3/3 before the concerned authority, who shall consider the representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
