That this writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the public road constructed over government land, appertaining to Khata No. 23, Plot No. 428/461, which is Gairmajarua Aam Land, situated at Mauza Mohiuddin Chak Pragana Bhishari, Thana No. 83, District Begusarai, which has been encroached by the Respondent no. 4, who has constructed a Pakka Building over the land of the road, without any authority of law." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18607 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Khodawandpur, District-Begusarai, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
