2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(11), 22(c), 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per prosecution case, 70 kg Ganja has been recovered from the house of these petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and they have been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of ganja from the house of petitioners, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
