The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation that the victim was done to death for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry within three years of her marriage with Mohan Mukhiya, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to petitioner nos. 1 to 3, namely, Kariman

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75113 of 2019(3) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 Mukhiya, Nagina Mukhiya and Ramesh @ Akhilesh Mukhiya. Their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. So far as the petitioner no. 4 Tetari Devi is concerned, she is directed to be released on bail, the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S.
