The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case and the injuries sustained by the injured persons were found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42841 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
