The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manigachi PS case no. 105 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, the present bail stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. It is needless to state that the learned court below shall decide the prayer of the petitioner
