Mr. Asit Kumar Jha, Advocate For the Respondent/s :

Mr. Nityanand Jha, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2024 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer to direction of the learned trial court i.e., learned Munsif, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani for expeditious disposal of Eviction Suit No. 02 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for early disposal of the Eviction Suit. However, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is not being allowed to enter into the suit premises and the orders of the learned trial court are not being complied by the petitioner and the petitioner must be directed to comply the orders of the learned trial court.

3. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for early disposal of the Eviction Suit No. 02 of 2018, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the matter

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1215 of 2023(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 and try to conclude the trial of Eviction Suit No. 02 of 2018 at the earliest and preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It goes without saying that no unnecessary adjournments will be given to either of the parties.

4. Since, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the orders impugned before this Court, those orders stand and the respondent is always at liberty to take necessary action in this regard, if he so desires.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
