JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Uda Kishanganj P. S. Case No. 286 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 of IPC. As per prosecution case there is allegation against this petitioner that he produced the photographs before the S.D.O for preparation voter card in favour of Kumari Rina showing as his wife. Later on, Kumari Rina has filed an application showing that he has not been married with this petitioner. She is not his wife.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, she solemnized marriage with the petitioner and he has a certificate of marriage issued by a temple.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72452 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the submissions, made above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court, and if, possible to be disposed of on the same day.
