The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 171 of 2018 registered under Sections 328, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that petitioners who are daughter-in-law and brother-in-law are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case with false and concocted story. It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation for demand of dowry and torturing against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
