No. 8822 of 2018 Appellant has filed the aforesaid interlocutory application to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 25.04.2018 passed by ACJM-X, Bhojpur at Ara in Title Suit No. 814 of 2015 whereby the plaintiff and defendant no.1 of the said suit were directed to maintain status quo.

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the plaintiff has already sold his share, hence he is now interested to dispose of the aforesaid suit at the earliest. He has further submitted to dispose of the aforesaid interlocutory application and this miscellaneous

Patna High Court MA No.602 of 2018(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 appeal with direction to the learned lower court to dispose of the aforesaid title suit within time bound period. In the facts and circumstances of the case and on the submission of the appellant, aforesaid interlocutory application and this miscellaneous appeal are disposed of and the learned lower court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid title suit within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Both the parties are directed to extend their cooperation in disposal of the aforesaid suit within the aforesaid stipulated period.
