Needless to say that institution of this case is on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79576 of 2019(4) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 account of marital discord, whereupon, during course of hearing of anticipatory bail, the matter was referred to the High Court Mediation Centre and the report dated 20.02.2020 is on record along with compromise petition having signatures of both parties as well as that of learned respective counsels. From terms no. 2 it is evident that parties have agreed to withdraw the cases and that being so, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which the learned lower court will properly appreciate in the background of compromise having so arrived at and if possible, will dispose of the case on the same date, in case there happens to be agreement at the end of complainant. In terms thereof, both the petitions are disposed of. The interim order so passed will amalgamate with the instant final order.
