ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2018 in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.117 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire occurrence came to happen on account of the fact that there was a family dispute and the petitioner was unable to meet certain responsibilities on account of his small income. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there appears to be a family dispute, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42531 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.117 of 2018.
