2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 19.10.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 having earlier been rejected by order dated 17.01.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 2243 of 2018.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
