The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that altercation between two family members has taken place on account of family dispute. In the First Information Report allegation has been made that accused person with an intention to cause injury on the head of the informant, he used lathi but the same has caused scratch on the head.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43483 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 2 /2 petitioner, namely, Tanvir @ Md. Tanveer, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Hasanganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
