The petitioner is accused in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 456 of 2018, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Vapour light was installed at the door of the informant, Bila Devi @ Tilo Devi, by Mukhiya, Mira Devi and her husband, Ramesh Sharma but later on, the said Vapour Light was not functioning and the same was removed by Mukhiya, Mira Devi, regarding which, informant made complaint before the DDC due to that reason, Mira Devi and her husband Ramesh Sharma, along with five unknown entered in her house on 20.12.2018 and shot fire at the temporal of her mother-in-law, Fulo Devi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while informant has claimed that causing firearm injury at the temporal of her mother-in-law was seen by her son, Munna Kumar but Munna Kumar gave his statement before the police to the effect that when he woke up then only found that his grandmother found pool with blood. Further submission is that petitioner and his wife, who is Mukhiya, have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.05.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 456 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
