Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the first information report reveals that it was co-accused Babloo Yadav who took the victim. However, it is informed that the victim has already returned to her home safely and she has stated nothing against the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. It is also pointed out that co-accused Babloo Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.22462 of 2018 vide order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43764 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 dated 03.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st, Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.
