The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.310 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused he has been named in this case. Allegation is against one person on the suspicion of child lifter by several accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific has been attributed. He is not named in the FIR. Petitioner is in custody for more than five months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.75987 of 2019(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.310 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
