Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application that his service should be deputed in the Vigilance Department or any sister department on the ground of his health.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

Let the petitioner should file a representation before the Director General of Police, Bihar, who will take a decision in accordance with law considering the health ground of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13386 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 petitioner supported by the medical prescriptions. If the petitioner files a representation, that should be disposed of by the aforesaid authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
