2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.796 of 2023 arising out of Hulasganj P.S. Case No.26 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was killed for demand of dowry by the accused persons.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and they are living separately with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82713 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 their sons and have no concern with the affairs of the victim and her husband. He also submits that petitioners are in custody since 29.05.2023 and 20.06.2023 respectively and they have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel submits that similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 16.10.2023, 19.10.2023 & 05.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66462 of 2023, Cr. Misc. No.68563 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No.77433 of 2023 respectively.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No.796 of 2023 arising out of Hulasganj P.S. Case No.26 of 2023.
