The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2019, registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of the niece of the informant by her husband and in-laws and disposed of the dead body.
Submission is that the petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased-niece of the informant and he is in custody since 12.06.2019. Further, submission is that the petitioner used to reside separate, but, with ulterior motive petitioner has also been implicated in this case. Further, submission is that, in fact, due to chest pain niece of the informant died and her dead body was cremated, but, with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72167 of 2019(3) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 ulterior motive the informant lodged the present case. After realizing the mistake he has filed the compromise petition in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
