Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354(D)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 POCSO Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner did not touched or misbehaved with girl rather he was only chasing the girl from motorcycle. From the allegations levelled in the First Information Report, no case is made out under section 4/6 POCSO Act. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.05.2018.
