Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code .

On the order of petitioner-Ganga Mandal, other two petitioners assaulted to Punam Devi. The Doctor has found simple injury on the person of Punam Devi vide report at Annexure-2. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that there is no material to substantiate that the petitioners are going to abscond or tamper with the evidence. Petitioners are in custody since 07.08.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76906 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Banka Police Station Case No.550 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
