2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 809 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 382 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown persons riding on a motorcycle snatched a chain from the informant's neck and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused and it is stated that chain of the informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82111 of 2023(3) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 snatched in the case has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the true fact is that that chain belongs to the petitioner. He further submits that no T.I.P. has been conducted in this case. He also submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2023 having clean antecedent and the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. There is no chance of absconding with the petitioner or tampering with the evidences.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- IXth, Patna in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 809 of 2023.
