Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery of motorcycle is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2018.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner was put on T.I. Parade. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused as well as confessional statement of the petitioner before the Police while in custody. Investigation of the case is closed. The petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43900 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 Finding substance in the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) Police Station Case No.148 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
