2. This is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction to the respondents authorities for proper investigation in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 407 of 2023 dated 09.07.2023 District Saran under section 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances by way of filing a petition in accordance with law and in light of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P., (2008) 2 SCC 409.

4. If such a petition is filed before the Magistrate concerned, the same shall be considered and disposed of within 15 days of its filing.
