Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No.174 of 2023 dated 12.08.2023, corresponding to G.R. No.1230/2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 272, 273, 34 of the IPC and sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85722 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering that the petitioner is a female and has no criminal antecedent.
