Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.218 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409 of the IPC.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioner had already punished by the department, therefore, the criminal liability has not been made out against the petitioner, which is evident from Annexure-3 of the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.74565 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.218 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sadar, Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
