2. The earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61549 of 2022. While rejecting the bail application, this Court observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after a period of six months if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time.

3. A report was called for from the learned court below along with the xerox copy of the entire order sheets, which has been received and annexed with the record. It appears that despite the steps taken by the learned court below to

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge XVIII, Patna in connection with Session Case No. 82 of 2022 arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 813 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner shall physically appear before the learned court below on each and every date. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
